A friend of mine gave me a bunch of fabric swatches that where too small for a quilt, so I decided to make some fabric beads our of them. The fabric is glued onto a sturdy rubber tube. I then embellished them with glass beads and wire. These are made of velvet. Im a bit new to jewelery making. I plan to use these for elements on purses or as a focal bead on a necklace or bracelet. The hole in the bead is big enough to run a leather cord through.

I like these! I rocked them too! I thought fabric and paper beads were such a cool idea when I first heard of them years ago... then saw some in person and was hugely underwhelmed. Cheesy  You have completely restored my faith! I really really like these. Smiley
