I'm SO interested in this.  I was literally just looking through the full swap thinking that I'd have to be out of my mind to think I could pull that off, but God help me if I didn't want to try!  Cheesy  So I was just moping around wishing there were a smaller Christmas swap of any type to sign up for and I stumbled across this in the hot topics!  Grin

What about using the points system with the minimum of 1 large?

I think it would be easiest to just keep it like how the previous mini christmas swap was withough the point system. (plus, the big 12 days is also without the point system as well.)  But, I did add a part about how you can make an equivilant.  Like, instead of a medium you could make 2 or 3 smalls.  Its all wrote in the swap thread in more detail.

But, anyways, seeing theres a lot of interest I decided to go ahead and get the ball rolling christmas ornament hung today instead of waiting 'til friday.  So, heres the swap thread for everyone ready to get in on the holiday fun!  I cant wait to see you all over there! Grin

One does not simply walk into Mordor. Its black gates are guarded by more than just orcs. There is evil there that does not sleep. The great eye is ever watchful. It is a barren wasteland, riddled with fire, ash, and dust. The very air you breathe is a poisonous fume.......

YAY!  I am due with a baby in October so I decided I should not participate in the full on out 12 days of Christmas swap, even though I loved it so much.  I am so up for the mini.  I agree there should be a choice of holiday or not themed gifts as it is so much fun to get Christmas presents you can use all year round and remember Christmas swap time.  I regularly use almost all the 12 days of Christmas items I got last year.  Anyway, so excited!  And yes please do signups soon so we can get a headstart (that means I can get lots of crafting done pre baby along with the family Christmas presents I am already planning!  Woo Hoo!
