Just like everyone else I'm drooling over those stones.  And that porcupine quill looks soooo cool!

The moon was beautiful last night...and then a crazy storm rolled in (lots of lightning).  It was fun to watch.  We are celebrating Mabon tonight with some friends under the full moon.

Happy Fall Equinox/Blessed Mabon to all  Grin

That porcupine quill is enormous! It's very beautiful, too, and is part of a great package.  It is a clever idea for an altar cloth, as Morrigan said, and the fabrics prints are quite hypnotic!

I received from holistic knitter the other day. She really spoiled me! Cheesy Look at all those lovely things:

I got some notecards, three with Freya and three with Frigg

a Mabon cross stitch book mark

She made me a wand! Smiley It's with an Amethyst crystal on top and some small stones on it. One fell of and I have to glue it again.

Aaannd, I got some jewelery: a violet anklet (I love anklets!) and a necklace with an Aventurine doughnut and goddess charm.

She also sent some cookies (yummy! Tongue we have a cookie deal, you know Wink), incense sticks, a reiki blessed candle and some treats for my kitties. And not to forget the recipe cards! I got recipes for so many yummy things autumn and harvest themed: Mabon bread, harvest vegetable soup, wild rice with apples and walnuts, appley red cabbage, harvest morning muffins, cinnamon apple butter, blackberry wine and fresh apple pound cake. I'm gonna have to try them soon!

Thank you so much for everything Lynda! You've been a great partner once again! Kiss

If I am right, there are still 6 people waiting for packages, correct? I want to make sure feedback is given correctly for all those involved.

Thanks!

Superhooker PMed me saying she received last week...so I guess I'll go ahead and post what I sent her too...

I made her a mini altar "starter" set, it all can get put into the sack, which is lined and is roomy enough for more items should she wish to add them. The matching altar cloth is reversible, the back of the cloth is kind of tie-dye looking.

The lined drawstring sack, the ends of the drawstrings have glass beads on them to match. It has three sides to it, so it can fit quite a bit.

She asked for a talisman, so this is what I came up with. A shell cut so the chambers show, with sea-green and gold beads woven through it, and a tiny bit of wire wrapping.

I also sent her a note done in my attempts at calligraphy, sealed with wax (sealing wax is my new favorite thing...lol) and a witchy sticker, plus a shell that can be used for incense. Smiley
