It's wonderful!  Adding the sleeves was a great move.  It's nice to see a flirty, youthful homecoming dress that also has a bit of modesty.

Your photos are very nice too.

It's beautiful and looks very well-made! (Not that I'm a good judge . . . ) I hope you go, even if no one asks you. I love that it's modest without being all, This Is A Modest Dress; it just is. . . . does that make any sense? It looks like itself; it doesn't look like a modest version of another dress is I guess what I mean.
Anyway, too cute! Definitely go to your homecoming!

I'm looking for Simplicity 6340 (the 1970's sailor dress). PM me if you've got a copy to swop or sell! Cheesy

Okay so once again I am completely redoing my pictures. Got tired of photobucket, the only reason I used it was for here so I decided I will just use Craftster's photo uploader. So while I am switching over my photo links will be broken. Message me if there is a post you would like the pics for.

Oh my Gosh WOW! This is a beyoooooo-tee-ful dress!! You MADE this? I am floored by its simplicity and elegance. You look gorgeous in it. Any boy not asking you to go to the homecoming with him must be mad.. or just shy, LOL! With those looks, that personality (I stalked the rest of your posts, haha!) and these sewing skills any boy should snap you un in a heartbeat. Awesome job chica!
