I made this wall organizer for a van for a friend in a swap

 A friend bought a cool van to travel in. She has converted it to a mini camper so her and her DD can travel across Europe this summer. she has a HUGE storage issue so I made her this wall organizer it is about 3 1/4 feet X 4 1/4 feet with double pockets so she can store a bunch of stuff on the wall of her van..Really, what do you think of this idea/and this one??

I took some old pillow cases, a blanket and some new fabric and this is what I cam up with....

She is going to put bug grommets in in and hooks on the sheet metal walls  It is an older del. van not like a mini van that is all plastic inside..BUT in a house you could do the same OR even industrial Velcro ( that will hold several hundreds of lbs...

This large organizer is so cool.  I made a similar but smaller version for my friend who also traveled in her van, but used some Bath towels and fabric, and she said they were really handy for keeping stuff from getting lost in the van.  She used industrial velcro for hanging.  Another thing she did in her van, was made a platform bed out of 5 gallon bucket  with a piece of plywood as the base for her twin size mattress.  She could store things in the buckets while traveling and have access when she stopped by just tipping the board up.  And it raised the bed to a height that was easier to sit down and most importantly, get up  from without too much knee strain!
