Wow!  Impressive!  I'm a nursing mom and want, nay, NEED something like this!  So tired of skirt/top combos.  There is a serious shortage of nursing dress patterns out there.  I think you have stumbled onto something amazing.

Great job.  It looks beautiful and very functional.

I love it! I wish I'd seen this three months ago - would have saved me from a summer wearing shapeless khaki T shirts... I've only sewn things for my children for the past few months, but will be reclaiming some fabric for my own and trying out a winter version.  Thanks for the inspiration!

That is so clever!  I'm going to have to share this with my sister, who is currently nursing her third child and sews daily.

Thank you  Grin

I saw nursing dress and thought "I have to see this".  What an awesome idea.  I'm normally picking out my outfits based on how easy it will be to nurse in public.
If you ever did draft a pattern for this, I'd buy it!

Wow, I love the fabric too!  Patent it quickly before someone else does.  It shouldn't cost too much.  Wink

Leeeeeee OVE this. OK so I have not read every post but if you are considering a marketing this or a patent. Then take all your photos, print out your post here, any sketches, written ideas make sure you have dates on them and seal them into a FedEx envelope. Then FedEx them to yourself with signed signature. when you get the envelope back home in the mail from FedEx DO NOT open it. This is your temporary patent. If you ever needed you can take it before the judge and he would open it with the FedEx Dates (keep confirmation receipt of sale as well. Tape to front of package.) With all your ideas documented very well inside to prove you were the first. Then yo can post patent pending all rights and copy infringement reserved. best to check with a legal pro on the correct lingo. Then work on marketing your idea and patenting your dresses and tops. THESE WOULD SELL! They are so cute!
Best of luck~Wonderful job!

PS I graduated from Ringling Collage of Art and Design in Sarasota Florida and this is the method the told us to use for our ideas.
