Last post for tonight, I swear, haha.
(I've just had a lot to catch up on, seeing as I didn't realize that I could post this here until tonight  XD)

This one is based off a full-hand palm design I found online (I can't find the original image anymore though >___<)

OCTOPUS!  ^___^
(yes, I know he's not 100% anatomically correct....this was before I could draw octopuses better, lol [and yes, "octopuses" is an accepted plural form of "octopus" Smiley])

Original hand:

Annnnddddd one that's NOT on me--I did it on my friend Ashley.
I just posted it in this topic so I didn't have to make a fifth topic and flood the boards even more than I already have.  XDDD
(It's on top of her foot, and it's her favorite flower--a stargazer lily)

The end (for now)  Cheesy

I love them all!  Especially the hand designs!  On my desk (staring at me) I have a starter kit so I can do my own but I'm always worried about screwing it up and wasting the henna.   Undecided  But your work is beautiful!  I really do love it.  Great job!

Wow! I would love to see pictures with the henna washed off and a few days worn!

Don't wait too long!  Henna is more potent the fresher it is, and if it gets too old, it won't stain.  Especially the stuff you get in the pre-made kits--the henna in those kits is usually not very potent to begin with >___O  (which is why I make my own henna--the stuff in the boxes that you can get in Indian markets is a lot more potent)

Me too!  lmao
Yeah, a lot of the time, I'll do henna on people, and then I won't see them again--clients, mostly.
And most of the reason why I don't have many "after" pictures on me is because I work at Busch Gardens (doing henna and face painting), so I usually have to take the henna off early, or it fades really fast because I'm constantly washing my hands  :/

I really like the little details you added to the octopus arms , the dots add alot of dimension to  him.

Awesome job!
I love the first picture. It's so lovely and lacy looking. I could definitely see it being worn to a special event.

Awww, thank you so much! ^_^
Yeah, that's definitely one of my more favorite designs that I've found.  I wound up re-doing it a second time when it started fading 'cause I liked it so much  :3

Sorry I'm an East-coaster >__O  lol
If I'm ever on the west coast, I'll definitely let you know though! (although if I ever am, it won't be for a few years, I'm sure--I've never even been off the east coast in my LIFE  ;___;)
