This was done on an 8 1/2 x11 inch paper:

And these are some small bookmarks and a postcard I did:

This is seriously stunning!  I love the effects you were able to get with the shapes. And I agree, zentangles are so addicting!  I LOVE how you went out of the main shape around the edges, and the way your pipes (that's what I call them anyway) look so real.  Makes me want to find my pens and get another zentangle going!  Also, the tree is fantastic.  I think it would look awesome as a quilt.  Beautiful work!

Wow, I didn't know drawings like that had a name. What other things didn't my 30k a year art education tell me?!  Roll Eyes

Lovely! Even though it's the simplest, I really like the tree.

wow thank you guys!! I didn't realize I had so many comments on my zentangle!! I did use watercolor pencil on the shading on this one... that was before I got the most amazing set of pens - "shades of grey" by Faber Castle!! The red heart was done with a pigment pen.. most of the drawing was done with a micron pen.

I love them! You have the shading down really well (that is where I am still struggling). I love the addition of the little red heart in each piece... you rock! I so want to be able to make as pretty of zentangles as you... maybe one day! Smiley
