I love that painting! You did so awesome on it! And I wouldn't even know where to start making a necklace like that! I can sew and crochet anything but apparently clay and I aren't on a friendly stage yet Wink lol

I made something for my partner last night.... I used some really thin_____ and it came out just over 3 inches! Oh its so awesome! And its funny how something so tiny can take so long! Cheesy

For the fabric painted plushy, I had to do it in layers. I started out with like, a really watered down pink, so watered down that it was actually see-through, and did the shape.  Then I painted the edges with a darker red-pink and smudged it with a really wet paint brush inward, letting it fade until it was really light in the center. Then I went around the edged with a pen.  It took one or two tries, but once you have it, it's easy.

So I have the best swap partner EVER!  Grin I got my package today, and because I couldn't wait to get it off my porch, my dogs caused a commotion waking up my son and cutting into my valuable peace and quiet time. But it was soooo worth it! Thanks so much Mizz Kodak!

A super cute apron!

An awesome tote

The cutest cross stitch for my son (the glass broke but that's easily fixable!  Smiley )

And then, a cute decoupaged composition book (I was actually in the market for a new knitting notebook and she didn't even know!) A knitted octopus pillow guy (so soft) and the neatest fish (I'm assuming because I'm a pisces) along with some tats (which my son loves!) and a jar, that I presume has a cephalopod of some sort, but the water got murky Undecided. Still awesome though!

now I have major swap anxiety...not sure if mine's going to measure up! Thanks again for everything!

I am so sad about the glass breaking, and the jar was supposed to be a snow glob and it had red and yellow tentacles that swayed when you turned the jar upside down. I did extensive research and follow all the instructions on homemade snowglobes. I'm pissed and sad. I'm glad you like it Kara, I had a hard time not making more stuff for you and your babe.

I need DC#'s from the following people by tonight, and we'll have had an awesome, easy, fantastic swap!

Winged_Soul
Alexandra_The_Great  (sending late)
KitKat_Pro
..
CraftyWereWolf
NostalgiaDeathMatch
banana_bomb
Slingmomma  (sending late)
shadowstealer
waterbaby

Let me know if your sending late, so I can mark you down! It happens, and we all understand, but I don't want to mistake you for a *gasps* FLAKER.

Because Flakers go to Craft Hell, where you have spend all your days picking glitter off of wool sweaters.  Just saying. No one wants that.
