I'm in NE st pete, in my 20s, female, mostly sew, would be up for meeting, swapping fabric/clothes, chatting, making items for charities, seeing what everyone's making, could probably answer a lot of questions about cake decorating. ill catch up on this thread later. im up way past my bedtime!

I am in the 'Burg and I agree with a PP regarding the damn yuppies. *muttering* Stoopid yuppies.

*I* have actually been wanting to start a Church of Craft group in St. Pete for some time, but have been shy about getting it started.

Any thoughts on that? I would be willing to get the party started if I have takers.

I'm in south St. Pete, where US 19 is called 34th street south, lol. I'm also 21,female, and I mostly paint on wood..but I sew, sculpt, and do other stuff too. ^_^

I'd love to get involved with a crafting group. Ya never know what you can learn from someone else. The fact that we all would have craftster in common is neat too. ^_^
lol This topic is so old I forgot that I had replied to it years ago. I never ended up moving though.

I know this thread is old, but I'm new here.  My crafty friends and I are looking to start a group or join a group.  We currently call ourselves The Crafty Bitches.  Smiley  We do all kinds of stuff from paper, to jewelry, to fabric, to yarn, to floral, you name it, someone does it. We like to teach each other new things.  This would be so cool if we could get something together.  I guess I am like the ring leader of this brood, I am in N. Pinellas, and everyone else is spread out between here, Tampa, and Pasco.  Let me know.  I am totally psyched.  I have looked into Church of Craft before.

I think I posted in this thread before but I can't find it.  Anyways, I'm in clearwater and would love to join a crafting group or just meet some new people.
