i made a wall jewelry box using an inexpensive woooden medicine cabinet, has a mirror front and cost $30 at home depot. i attached the flat against the back of it (the wood on the back was too thin to to screw the cup hooks into) when attaching the whole thing to the wall. i put the cup hooka at the top and near the botton so i can hang necklaces and bracelets. i will post a pic soon

Wow this is incredible! I looked at the first pic without reading the title and my first thought was how awesome the picture was alone. Then when I saw that it was a jewelry box, it got about 100x sweeter!! haha excellent job!

i also made one of these using an inexpensive wooden medicine cabinet. the back was too thin so i attached the shelves flat against the back so it was thicker and then i put cup hooks to hold jewelry. i used one shelf near the bottom to hold items.
i like the idea of having it look like a painting  i hung mine in my master bathroom so the mirror works but to hang it in a bedroom the picture makes it look like art not just a mirror. love this idea!
