I made these felt coasters for a friends website, doomestic.com. they turned out pretty well i think. being super anal about everything i was kind of miffed when i realized that some of the spiderwebs were really compact, and others were spaced out, but then i realized.. when have i ever seen four perfect, matching spiderwebs? They were easy to make, just felt and fabric paint.

hehe i made something really similar, except they were pasties for a burlesque show. i admire your nice even straight lines... i had a hell of a time. i used puff paint for dimension and kept getting globs Tongue

Ooooh... I have a friend who's a huge Halloween fan, I need to make her some of these.  Great idea!  And they look better not perfectly matching, you're right, no spiderwebs are exactly alike.

A) I love your coasters!

B) I made my own, and sent my own version in the Halloween swap, and even made a thread for them (mostly because I'm in the All Boards in a Year Craftalong).... I gave you credit, and posted it here: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=362160.0
