So Ive been wanting to do this for awhile now, so I finally tried it!
I followed that process for the first bit, but as you guys might notice I changed it up about half way through Smiley This is how I always wanted to do mine and after a bit of fiddling I figured it out rather easy! I also used two ribbons, so in some places it looks a little wonky...
I had originally made it thinking it would be a headband, but Im not sure how that looks so Ive dubbed it a multi-purpose headband/necklace!

Then I loved how it turned out that I decided that I needed to have a matching bracelet!

And if you guys are wondering, they arent heavy at all! Ive also been thinking of adding a little sticky rhinestone to it, but Im not sure if thats a horrible idea or not. Should I just leave them as is or is there something better I could consider adding?

I think it looks pretty awesome as is. I think the Rhinestone would make it look tacky.

Very nice.  I like the simplicity of it.  But, if you wanted to add something to it, I'd loop some black seed beads through the center washer and let them dangle down.

Cute, I'm not a hair accessory person but I think they would be cuter as hairbands then necklaces. Maybe you could add a bow or something to the center, or decorating the washers themselves somehow. They just look a bit bare at the center meeting point to me.

Thanks guys!
lady4feet, Im not much of a hair accessory person either but when I first saw them done I couldnt help think it would make an awesome headband! It kind of does look bare thats why I was thinking of adding a rhinestone or something....but I think aries_1987 is right it would look kinda tacky.

wow--I love this!  I think they would make a great necklace for that gal that has "everything"...my two nieces would LOVE the industrial yet feminine look!

I don't think they need anything (Except maybe my address for mailing them... Cheesy)

Ha ha aww thanks!! Its actually really easy to do! Maybe you should make two of them Smiley And I think I might just end up leaving them how they are now I dont really want to risk adding something and then hating it.
