I've noticed that there are patterns for knitting 2 socks at once (which I'll probably attempt one day). But I was wondering if there was a way to knit 2 fingerless gloves at once? Or a way to convert a pattern to be able to do it? I'm a relatively new knitter, long time crocheter (thank you ladies for helping me figure out how to purl!), and I can for the most part figure out patterns fairly easily. And well...I'm lazy, haha, I'd like to be able to make a pair at one time instead of individually.

Any help/advice is gratefully appreciated! Smiley

I have never done it, but I have a friend who has. The only thing I can really think of is doing it so that the stitches are divided evenly with the part where the thumb gussets will be along one cable rather than where they are split, if that makes sense?

You could definitely do 2 fingerless mitts at once! I'd probably use the 2 circ method myself, but you could use the magic loop method.  I'm not sure of any fingerless mitt patterns that are specifically written for 2 at a time, but if you understand how to do 2 at a time, altering a mitts pattern shouldn't be too difficult.
