Attention those who've conquered the Prepster!

I've started the Prepster and have been checking this board for any tips or tricks. From what I'm reading, it looks like the sleeves tend to be the most difficult.

So, a few things.

I'm concerned that the sleeves are going to be too wide. (This happened with the Frou Frou.) Do the sleeves come out pretty fitted, or should I adjust the arm holes at all?
Like always, I didn't heed the warning to use varigated or twisted yarn and chose Vanna's Choice gray marble. Am I doomed, or will it make that much of a difference?
I didn't see any errata on this one, but has anyone found any glitches in the pattern?

Thanks for your help!
