Victorian Wedding Cap

This gorgeous Victorian Wedding Cap is the third hat in my Heirloom Hat Series. I have carefully crafting each hat in this series out of vintage doilies and linens, and embellishing them with vintage buttons and beads.





This hat is my own designs and I did not realize until after it was done how similar it is to the bridal veil that Padmé Amidala's wore in Star Wars Episode II. I've always lover her dresses and I think for my net Heirloom Hat I'm going to try to make a bridal veil even more similar.
