Hi, I'm kind of new to sewing i have made a couple dresses but they have all been quite simple. I saw this nude backless dress on rihanna and fell in love with it. I really want to re-create it. I was wondering if anyone could help me out and suggest what fabric to use. I know it has to be stretchy as it is a bodycon dress but hers looks a bit sturdy ( ;Dlol) aswell, like it does not stretch out that much. Also if you have seen a pattern similar to it could you let me know although i know it is quite unique!

I would suggest a lycra/rayon blend, that looks like what it is from the pictures

If i were supposed to make that id make it out of some half-elastic material, and id drape it on a doll and then sew it - I don't really know how to make it in another way.
