I'm having problems with LONG.
Any suggestions? I can't get past scarf or snake.
Rather than thinking of the category as being physically long you could do something that takes a long time to make.  You could write a book that has the word "long" in the title.  Just some ideas.

oh. em. gee.  i'm mad. very mad.  My son and his friend were playing in the basement and they went into my craft room without permission.  They confessed to being in there, but didn't say they touched anything,. Tonight I go to work on some things that are to be sewn, AND I HAVE NO PRESSER FOOT.  oh.em.gee.  Is it under the desk? no... is it under the pile of half finished projects? no.... hrm....  Now I have to tear apart my room and shine up the adjacent play room in order to find my presser foot..... Hopefully I find the presser foot and the screw that holds it on in the same place....

Let's see if crocheting helps me now... grrrrr. >:|

oh belladune!  i hope you find the presser foot!

i bought gibson something today!  i think she will like them!  tonight i work some more on the ambitious project.  hoping to get it mostly done tonight so i can work on the other categories.

ETA:  alright its almost 1 am here.  my ambitious project is almost complete.  need to assemble it all together and put the finishing touches but a lot of the hard stuff is done.  i am happy with it.  the other projects should go much faster so i feel pretty good about where im at with this swap.  Smiley

Belladune, I am so sorry about your presser foot.

Rlynn, I am so excited to see what you put together.  You are an amazing crafter so I know Gibs will love her package from you.

Also for the long category I was thinking(something I do very little of) and giraffes came to mind.

yes! I had to clean the entire basement but I did find the presser foot.  Not the screw that holds it on, but I found something that will work for now.  Deklan got an earful about it though... He's been grounded from the DS, and TV, and Video games.  He keeps apologising, but he still needs to go through his punishment.  Just because you say you're sorry doesn't mean you are off the hook in this house Smiley

I keep thinking of things that seem to overlap categories, so now i just have to decide which to put where LOL  I'm still stumped for a few things, but I'll get it!

I think that if Gibson or Sy ever mess with my sewing machine I would have to choke them Homer Simpson style.  Okay I would never do that but I sure would think about it for a bit.
