Who would like to make a lap quilt ? I think this could be a great deal of fun!

skys the limit on this. It could be simple patch work, log cabin etc just make around your partners pref. colors. From Harry Potter colors to Old Victorian to a flower garden to the Wizard of Oz and Tyedye anything in between look outside of the box in what you would want your colors to be Smiley

This could even be a great Christmas gift for someone on your list!

what is better for the winter then a lap quilt, cup of coco/tea curled up on the couch with a good book in front of the fire place?

I am thinking that we could do SU mid Sept and send out early Nov??

does it have to be a quilt? How about cozy lap blanket for fall.  I would love to join but don't quilt - but I do felt and would love to make a cozy felted fall lap blanket if anyone would be interested in receiving one.

most lap quilts i make are between 40-50 inches wide and 60-70 long... i like em a bit long so either a- i can tuck my feet in all the way or b- share on the couch while watching a movie...

i will be keeping my eyes on  this thread...

Seeking scraps! I'm in need of a variety of white on white scraps. (2.5inch square minimum) for pixel quilts. Have any? Swap for? PM me! Smiley
