My friend's birthday was coming right around the corner,
hehehe! She had been looking at the gum wrapper chain purses for a long time, but could never afford them...
This was my opportunity!
I wanted to make her one, but I had no clue what to make it out of...until. I remembered my sister still had almost a whole roll of caution tape from a girls night at my church. And it just so happened that we both went
so not only did it create an epic looking purse, but also a really cool sentimental thing
Here's the purse...It measures about 9 inches by 7 and took exactly 68 ft. 10 in. of caution tape to make
It has a loop for a wrist strap (Sorry for not the best quality photo's. my friend took them with her cell phone and sent them to me because I forgot to take some. ooooops!!)
And here's the front view, it has a set-in zipper that's bright yellow to match. Along with the loop strap I put a little clip so she can clip her keys or whatever to it
She absolutely loved it!!! It was definitely worth working 2 full days on it
Haha I started 2 days before her birthday (Aug 9) because I was camping with her the week before ^.^
