EDIT// skirt tutorial on page four, near the bottom. http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=356910.30

...  I thought I'd finally post some things I sewed this winter. I lurk too much.. I love all things Victorian, military and lolita-esque, hehe. So I had fun making these!

Sorry for the low quality photos.  ♥

♥ iMi skirt

... I had a little less than a meter of this fabric. I love grey, I love plaid. I love high-waist skirts. Finally seem to be getting of hang of invisible zips ; ^; This has a built in black petticoat edged in lace, side zip and black bias around the top.

♥ sugarcream underskirt

... this was made to go underneath a lolita costume. Argh, so much ruffle. I can't wait for my ruffle foot to arrive T^T I followed a tutorial which you can find here http://community.livejournal.com/egl/7929257.html. I omitted the pintucks, though.

♥ black pinafore

... a little pinafore. I adore military buttons ... I have such a stash I need to work through :'D Has contrasting stripes inside the waistband and an invisble zip. I'm wearing it over the cream underskirt here, though it can be worn casually without a petticoat (I've worn it to uni like that).

♥ blouse

... an old dress that I stuffed up while sewing, so I made it a blouse. I'm going to redo the invisible zip (now I know how to do them xD). Has a corset back with ribbon, and pintucks at the front, too. Love the buttons on this too (more military~!)

classic rose lolita

... made this for fun and practice with the tutorial I linked to above, but this time included the pintucks. It is made out of an old bedsheet Grin

@BettyBravo - thank you! I adore pinafores ... I'm making another right now, actually! Haha!

@Ludi - I think some of my favourite fabrics in my stash came from bedsheets!

@Stars_Fire - Hehe, thanks, I'm glad you like it!

@Boo_its_Brittany - I've been tempted too! I'm awaiting the right occassion, hehe <3

DUUUUDE that first skirt is basically my dream skirt! I've been looking EVERYWHERE for something that shape since my last one died, but no dice. Are you selling these?

I'm flattered that you like it! Ah, but I'm still learning myself ... there's no way I could sell something yet! My sewing is far too messy C: I'd be happy to do a tutorial if you would like to make one yourself? (They are really quite straightforward, nothing scary).
