I've had this pink rhinestone hair clip since junior high for some reason, but I've never even worn it. When I was on an anti-clutter rampage it was destined for the trash until something about it caught me eye and I realized it was the exact perfect width for a knuckle ring.

Here is the front and back before - it was just a basic clip with those pinchy prongs:

I pried off the prongs and sanded some edges to keep it from cutting up my hand. I just added a couple of adjustable rings that I had on hand and I then had a sparkly new intimidation tool! As intimidating as pink rhinestones can be, that is...

The rings go on my index and ring finger because putting the ring on my pinkie made it so that I couldn't really move my hand. Now it just rests over all my fingers and stays securely.

See, it's intimidating! Right?

That is too cute.  I want to make a knuckle buster ring now!  I love the angry-face action shot you've got.

So awesome! I'll be keeping an eye out for cool hair clips to try this with.
