I finally knit a garment. I have a mountain of scarves and a very few shawls, but now I have something that can be worn as CLOTHING and I'm so excited. This is the free Talia pattern that I found on ravelry. It would have been a quick knit if I sat down for more than two minutes at a time to work on it.

I used Vanna's Choice yarn that I got on sale at Michael's and have been pretty happy with it. We'll see if it pills later on after some wear. You'll notice a few flubs on the button band that I choose to believe are charming. Mostly, I couldn't be bothered to fix them so oh well. More pictures and details on my blog.

Very nice. I like how it looks quite fitted, and the design around the edge is great.
