I love that print!  The details you added make it such a great little bag, and I especially like the fabric-covered button as a zipper pull.  I want to try out the pleat, now!

The button zipper pull was a happy accident.  I originally made the button to sew on as an accent, but the fabric is too busy to really see the button....so it became a zipper pull!

What a great idea! I've been making a lot of larger/ hobo-ish bags lately to carry all my "essentials" (okay, maybe twelve lip glosses, a full sized brush, and an 8 compartment bead organizer aren't essential, but damn it I like to be prepared!)  I never even thought about making a clutch to fit! I'm defiantly going to be trying this, although I may need to scale down the necessities just a little  Wink

AND by the way... LOVE that fabric!!
