Bangles are very in-style right now. So are ruffles. So I decided to combine the two. Smiley

They were all crocheted using a basic ruffle method - sc around the bangle, then 3 dc in each st around to make it ruffle. The white one is made in Rustica Eclat crochet thread (size 3 cotton, I think?), the blue and green one is a baby sport yarn, and the silver one is . . . unknown. It came from a hat I had that I unraveled to upcycle. All were made using thin metal bangles and a B hook.

I have, since making these, discovered a pattern somewhere on the internet. I didn't use the same method though.

Comments + constructive criticism is welcome. Smiley

These are very pretty and such a cute idea!  I love that you were able to upcycle your hat into a lovely new accessory, too Smiley

This is such a good idea. I think I might even have some really thin, plain bangles that I could use to try this. Thanks for the inspiration!
