I've been stalking this forum for probably close to a year now and made these over a year ago, so I figured they would be a good way to make my debut in the crochet forums. Especially considering I'm pretty sure that they were my first actual crochet project.
For anybody that doesn't know what the Potter Puppet Pals are, I would highly recommend going to
http://www.potterpuppetpals.com/ and rectifying the situation by watching at least the first two videos (Bothering Snape and Trouble at Hogwarts). They're the only flash videos and are what I believe the puppets themselves
are supposed to most resemble.
Anyways, on to pictures of the gang on vacation (which should be clickable thumbnails if I did this right)!

The adults! I love how Dumbledore looks like he's trying to strangle Voldemort in this picture...

Voldemort (turned out the best, in my opinion)

Snape

Dumbledore

The children!

Harry (turned out second best, in my opinion)

Ron

Hermione
Things I learned from this project:
1. I can
not embroider well
2. Small things are a pain in the butt to make and even more of a pain to assemble
3. While the payoff from my effort was wonderful, I was a tad overambitious with my first project and picked a much easier one for my second effort, haha.
The patterns can be found for free over at ravelry if you search for "Potter Puppet Pals". There are two separate patterns, one for the adults and one for the children. Many thanks to Melissa Mall at Inner Child Crochet for making the patterns and sharing them!
There's also a tad more info about the project on my blog if anybody wanted to check it out. Any and all comments are welcome and appreciated!
