Okay, my friend and I had both watched a live-action Japanese show about a guy who can see germs. Those germs are sooooo cute looking! I told him I would make him a doll of one of the germs!
I've never made a doll before, but my mother used to make dolls...And I make clothes all the time, so I'm good at sewing. I don't think I'll be making another doll simply because HAND SEWING IS EVIL!!!
But here's pichas! Oh yeah, he's more yellow in real life...I had to take the pictures in Sunset mode in my camera in my poorly lit room...Then I quickly edited the pichas to make them look a bit better.

It's supposed to be a cute sun with like sun rays? It's not perfect but I think it's okay looking.

The "tentacles"

IT'S SOOO SOFT!

AAAAAND What it's supposed to look like.

C&C Apprerciated!  Smiley

I think you did a great job! The germ looks exactly like it should! Handsewing does have it's drawbacks, for sure - my fingers were unhappy girlies the other day!

Oh, just btw...
My coworker loved it! The first thing he said was that it turned out a lot better than he thought it would (which I don't take as an insult because it surprised me that it turned out that good). He says he's going to sleep with it! Ha! He's 23 which is why I giggle.
And his mom came in (she's the best person ever) and she was really impressed with it! She said I need to make a bunch and try to sell them  Roll Eyes
But anyways! Though I should share that my coworker loved his gift! I wish I got a picture of him with it!

Aww, he's cute! I'm glad your co-worker liked it - it turned out really well! Maybe next time you can use a sewing machine, spare your poor hands  Wink

I used a sewing machine to make like the head and body and sew the tube things up, but then I had to sew it all together with the stuffing in it, which sucked!
