I present to Leopold, a porcupine, I did  him for my best friend. He is the result of many tapes(ribbons) I had in my house and the fabric below is the protector of a cushion of a car. It is a green porcupine.

Thanks for looking!!!!!!!

Me encanta! Felicidades por pensar en una manera tan creativa de usar la cinta!

(I love it! Congratulations for thinking of such a creative way to use the tape!)

Is very easy make it...

first u need to draw him in a peace of paper with the form u like and the size u wanna, and make a long oval to the bottom...
later make a sewing patter with the form that you make (make double)...
then start to put the ribbons making the form on a half heart in the begin, sew the ribbons...
then make another layer with ribbons... and so and so and so...
when u finished all the layer, iron the toy with a wet fabric for no burn the ribbons in the opossite direction that u sew...

make all the steps in the other side ...

now the hard step...  with hairgrip put togheter in the center all the ribbons, and put the to faces of the toy together with the ribbons face to face... now sew, but with very carefully that don't sew the ribbons, and leave an space withou sew...

turn over, and stuff him...

sew the part that u dont sew before

and voil u have a very cute porcupine!!!!

my english is very bad but i hope that u understand me... i left a picture i hope help u

It is so cute! Thank you for explaining how you made it. I understand your directions and love the pictures you used to illustrate how you did it! I may need to make one of these!
