Willing to personal swap for art of my doggies!

I made these two items recently for an angel package for the Greek Mythology swap.  The recipient listed Eros as a favourite Greek god, and I found these great images of the statue and of Eros and Psyche (a myth I love too).  I used the Bubble Jet set recipe posted on Craftster and printed them on fine cotton.  I found an Amy Butler pattern for making a notecard portfolio, and adjusted it to have some more pockets and to fit a 7x10 sketchbook.  Also a nice pencil roll pattern.  I framed the images with fabric.  I really like how they turned out, and will likely do this again.  I have some nice Japanese art images, to make myself something similar.  I don't often sew, but I am happy with how these turned out.

The inside of the portfolio.  I added more to the dimensions, and changed the inside slightly so there is more pockets, and also the two large inside flaps to hold the sketchbook, or larger papers.

Wow, these are really awesome. You did a great job on them. I think your partner will love them too.  Take care and thanks for sharing. Smiley

Thank you all - I really love these two projects because I am not very experienced sewing and they came out almost just as I wanted, even with the changes I made.

I think they are both beautiful.  The pictures printed out very nicely and I love the ribbon ties.  They make them look very rich.
