So, this was a new venture- I made four cabachons with blue transparent fusing glass.  Pieces of dichroic glass were randomly arranged on each cabachon.  I created holes in the cabachons during firing by using that high fire string- it works like a charm... Then I strung them together with clear elastic cord, using dyed shells for the spacers. Total circumfrance is about 6 inches before slipping it on a wrist.

I have red ones to assemble as well.

...So...This is what insanity must be like, I thought.....and I could kind of see the appeal.

I love them! That dark blue is awesome.

I'd be interested in the 'high fire string' - do you remember what its called or where you got it?  I'm also making fused glass bracelets, but I'm having to drill 4 holes in each tile for stringing...

So, if there's any way of 'baking' the holes in during firing, I'd be really interested!
