This is going to be fun! I was a bit stressed about the "what art do I excel in" because I am pretty much a novice in it all, but I sent in my questionnaire last night anyway! I am wracking my brain to figure out what I have to offer that is unique... I can do some textures and simple embossing on thin metal, I have a ton of random cut outs, random paper, and books/magazines that I cut pictures out of. I can also send some painted background papers that can be cut up for different uses...

Totally signed up. This is going to be awesome. I already have devious plans for my theme and would absolutely love more paper to complete it. Cheesy

I'm going to scout out all the awesome stuff I have around the house for the project tonight.

I am looking to do a personal swap with (or will outright pay for) a knitter who could make an adult sized knitted t-rex sweater for Christmas. If anyone is interested, please let me know.

So this is my first swap and I'm super excited! I've already got some ideas for what I can send. My mom and I have been trying to marble paper, and it's been pretty fun and very pretty. Also I have about 2 full shoe-box-sized boxes of stamps, so I can probably find something for any theme. Also, I can do some simple embossing on thin metal (my favorites are butterflies and anatomical skulls. Haha). I have TOOOONNNNS of scrapbooking paper, so that could be fun. Also I've found that I like to incorporate some of the round punches I have with pretty paper in things like this project, so some simple circle cuts (or star cuts or leaf cuts) would be fun. Also, I have lots of ribbon, cloth and fun little random  things that could easily be included. I figured this would be a great first swap because my mom and I like to try new crafts so we have a little bit of everything.
Oh, also I can do some little doodles probably. I like to work in graphite, charcoal and paint. Also, pretty much any other medium. However, I do not claim to be an expert at any of them. Maybe if I did a large drawing and took a picture of it and scaled it down it would be a little bit better quality than if I drew it small. So basically, whoever I get paired with, if you have something in mind just ask! I'm sure we can arrange it!
