I received an adorable Sneetch bookmark from beckashell - here it is inside my first edition copy of The 500 Hats of Bartholomew Cubbins! Wink

She also included some goodies for future bookmark making, I can't wait to turn the Moomin tag into a bookmark for my Moomin books! Smiley

Apologies for the poor quality photos; my camera is... somewhere, so these were taken in Photo Booth on my comp!

First of all:  Yay, a Sneetch!

Second:  A couple people mentioned The Phantom Tollbooth earlier in the gallery.  You may be interested to know that the author and illustrator have collaborated again:

Myrdda! That's an awesome package! I don't know exactly what a grimoire is but that book is awesome for collecting plants and stuff. It seems like something Ayla would use (Clan of the Cave Bear nerds, holllllllaaaa!).

Wonderful package!

I have finished my unofficial markers, made a few screwups and kept them for myself (because I'm less picky), made a bookmark for my boyfriend. It's been a bookmarky day. Everything'll be out in the mail Tuesday, it's all stamped and stuff.

I received an AWESOME Portland skyline fabric marker from HippieKender. I hope she likes the one(s) I'm sending as much as I liked hers that she sent! Unofficial post will be updated. . .somewhere back in the depths of the gallery.

The only person I would like to hear from right now is IronyandParadox. Everyone else seems to be ticking along. In the next few days, if you've sent to all and received from all, lemme know (I'm trying to keep up!) and I'll update feedback as we go.

If you ladies get a minute, hop on over to the swap thread and see if your swap status looks right (who you've sent to, received from). If not, shoot me a PM (or Tero or Squire_inaria).

Cheesy

Happy Labor Day Smiley

From the Official Swap, I received from blupaisan, homerof2, and michela.  Thanks to all of you.

blupaisan sent a lovely bookmark in honor of the trees.  Very fitting for my big book of Organic Gardening.

Homerof2 crosstitched Tulips. One of my favorite flowers.  Did you order this thin plastic?  I looked at Michaels and Hobbly Lobby for some of this.

Michela made this awesome bookmark.  The beads and charms are perfect. Love the colors.

Unofficial Bookmark Swap

Pollyprissypants a felt bookmark with trees and flowers.

From Pureoath a nifty magnet bookmark.  Very creative thinking!

Two from Hippiekender.  One in use with moon and stars, and an awesome origami corner marker.

Very cool and many thanks!

Here is a lovely bookmark from Squire_inaria with celestial bookmark love.  The quote is "There they stand, the innumerable stars. Shining in order like a living hymn, written in light."
It's beautiful and thank you so much.

And from Cassiecate57, a polkadot delight corner bookmark, rocking a wonderful Vonnegut phrase,
 "So it goes."

I do love that paper!  Thank you, Cassiecate!

And Correlating - I missed your envelope this morning when I grabbed the stack to mail.  It will go out tomorrow. MAILED!

Received from a beautiful bookmark from Tero today with beads and an awesome moon charm.  This swap is like never-ending Christmas!  Tero, thank you; I love it.

I've received from PureOath (sorry it took me and my camera so long to make friends so we could get photos of your bookmarks posted.)

I also received from HippyKender.

Thank you ladies for some beautiful bookmarks!  I hope my marks find their way to their destinations soon, I'm worried they're lost in the mail.  I'll start working on some replacements soon.  Too bad I didn't photograph before I sent.  :-(
