Hope this is the place for this--it's clay but I'm not sure it can be called ceramic or anything like that. Anyway, I got this idea from a giraffe statue my mom and I got at a Ross store. She kept it and I made my own out of clay and mosaic glass. The dried clay is a little brittle though--wish I had used a different brand.
