This is a chocolate mud cake, covered with dark chocolate ganache and fondant. He was made for a 4yr old with a dragon and dinosaur obsession. Hence the name Dragosaur.

AMAZING! I'm planning a dragon cake for my BFFs birthday nest month! You gave me fresh hope, I was starting to think I would have to just make a regular cake & a fondant dragon for the top because I wasn't sure how well I could shape it around the cake. Any tips on how you covered and shaped it so well? And how much of it is actually cake? It's incredible!
