I was fortunate enough to stumble onto this free pattern called the Buttercup Bag and I had to try it out myself.  

I made my first one out of a bedsheet and it looked okay but the floral fabric kind of hid the cuteness of the design and the colors seemed a little washed out so I made another one out of a blue velvet upholstery fabric.

I like this one a lot better.  I recommend looking up the pattern linked above and trying this project out!  It was pretty easy to make and quick to finish!

Super Cute! I have been thinking about trying this project. I have to say that the first bag...the one out of the sheet...is my favorite!
