What a great idea. Smiley Makes me wish I had a bunch of scraps or fat quarters. >.< (Getting started in sewing is really difficult, I've found)

Tadiera, save up your old clothes and ask friends to do the same. old sheets (you can dye them!), cushion covers, bags, hats, etc, I've used them all to make other things. You can buy some cheap garments at the thrift store and cut them up too. and nearly anything can be used for this project. I hope you'll try it.
Good luck!

I've been doing that. Cheesy (In fact, I'm kind of hoping my husband didn't get around to taking our last bag of things to goodwill like was implied)
My mother-in-law likes to give me her old clothes and last time, I admitted that likely, they would be used in crafting projects.

Love it! I am a huge fan of shortcuts, and this makes the teesha moore style not quite so intimidating to me! Thanks for taking the time to make this tut, I think I'm definately going to have to try it out next month when I get a serious start on holiday gifts
