Thank you so much for the tutorial! I made one for my boyfriend; it's perfect! Cool and not too girly if you use the right colors. He loves it! Here's a picture of me modeling it before sending it off (he's away at college right now).

That's awesome! I'm going to add it to my blog's Facebook album if that's okay Smiley If you see this, let me know what your name is and where you're from so I can add it on the caption! So glad he liked the bracelet!

Love, love, LOVE this bracelet! I randomly stumbled across your post and had to run out and make this immediately.
I have never made a piece of jewelry before-I even joined Craftster so I could post my attempt  Smiley

It won't let me post my pic here since I'm new, but here's a link-I'd love feedback:

Mine still won't curve right. I'm wondering if the chain's links are too big. Cheesy

Here's a quick pic with the camera I have on hand (I misplaced my digital camera, so it's a cellphone pic). Put a dime there for size comparison:

You'll need a different chain - a curb chain. If you look closely at the links, yours are simple ovals linked together. Each alternating link is facing a different way. If you look at my chain in the original post, they're all in the same direction and each link has a slight curve to it. Your links definitely aren't too big, mine were probably bigger! It's the kind of chain you're using. The chain I used - along with several other people - can be found at Michael's, I'm sure you can find something on Etsy if you poked around a bit. Hope this helps!

tried it! You know, I don't embroider but I wanted to try it so when I saw some embroidery thread on sale I bought some and guess what... I bought red, blue and just the same kind of purple Cheesy XD
I almost finished it and than looked again at your tutorial and saw I only went through the chain once, (I have the same chain as you, also by coincidence) so I redid the whole thing and almost finished now ^^
