I am so sorry, I just went back and read the original recipe and D'oh...it says ALL PURPOSE FLOUR.

This is so awesome!  Bread is so daunting to me, but I think I can do this!

Wondering if the bread pan was ever tried?  Or the whole wheat?  Results?  I might try both of these modifications, so just curious.

My dough got icky so I had to throw it out. Hope to make a new batch this weekend and try the bread pan. Will let everyone know how it goes!

This is so good!  When I made it my husband and I thought it tasted like the bread in our fav Italian restaurant.  And I love that it freezes well.  I'm going to make it all the time.  Thanks for the tute.

You're welcome, Tammie, I'm so glad you like it!  We had it for dinner tonight, too.  I freeze it in family serving sized chunks, then pop one in a 400 degree oven (frozen) for about 20 minutes.  Cut it in half to make sure it doesn't have a cold center (if so, pop it back in for a few more minutes).

I have always wanted to make bread but thought you had to keep the yeast alive and/or have a bread maker. This is sooo awesome. I just pulled it out of the oven and it looks delicious!! Thanks so much for this tute. Can't wait to try it.
