I love this tutorial - I started making my own bread last month (I've made a cheese bread and a cinnamon raisin bread) and this recipe looks like it will take so very much less time I can't wait to try it out.

That's the thing with bread - it's usually so time consuming it's a bit daunting to get started - thanks for posting an easier way!

Your breads look delicious! You can also make this without the sugar; the yeast will do his work anyway.  Wink

Thank you for posting this, it looks so yummy. I've been looking at all the food tutes everyones made for the challenge and now I'm super hungry, lol.

I have no bread making experience so if I use wheat flour instead of regular flour will I get wheat bread or a big bowl of opps?

I must admit I've never tried it with wheat flour, but expect it will have a denser texture.  If you try it and it comes out too dense for your liking, you could try half all purpose and half wheat flour on your next batch.  Maybe there are other bakers reading this thread who have experience with substituting?

If you are using wheat flour try googling about substituting wheat for white. It typically requires adding more moisture or something to offset the density.
I want to try with 1/2 and 1/2(half white half wheat).

This looks so yummy. I'll have to make it in a few weeks when I'm back home and actually have an oven (stupid dorms... *grumble grumble*).

I just tried this tonight for pizza dough--best pizza yet!  I halved the recipe and used half the dough for 1 pizza.  Bake just the crust on a pre-heated 450 degree pizza stone until it barely starts turning golden, then top and bake until cheese is bubbly.
