My Version of Hobbes

For the Amigurumi Poppet swap, my partner requested a Hobbes in exchange for one of her infamous poppets. I googled to find this:

I was inspired to make this little guy.  I altered the pattern the previous poster supplied quite a bit.  It was great for a guide, but didn't quite give the outcome I was looking for.

If anyone is interested in the changed I made, I'd be glad to help you out.    I didn't write the pattern out, but I can tell you what I did to modify him.

Aw, he looks just like the toy version of Hobbes (how everyone but Calvin saw him)!  I'm feeling so nostalgic now... he's wonderful.
