So I made a Klaralund over spring break...but didn't shell out 17 dollars for the Cornelia Tuttle Hamilton book. I feel slightly bad about this Undecided, but it was dead easy to figure out. I love Noro yarn and her patterns for it so I'll probably buy it in the future.

Sorry about my crazed expression, I was trying really hard to avoid that which of course made it worse!

whoa. last wednesday i picked up silk garden #84 and sunday a pair of 24" addi turbos so that I i could make Klaralund sans pattern.  you won't get mad 'cause i'm copying you, right?   Wink

btw - your Klara - and all your other pieces - are excellent.

Thank you everyone! I've been lurking on Craftster for a long time now but I'm graduating college soon and I'm going to be working at Webs, (www.yarn.com) so my brain is just ALL KNITTING, ALL THE TIME. You're all making me feel very welcome!

Good luck on the sweater, it's really quite fun to just wing it, and it comes out looking awesome. I want to see it when you're done! What's cool is that a lot of people who used the pattern complain that it's too big...when you're improvising you can totally custom fit that bad boy. Addi's are so great btw, this was my first project with them.

Skrillaknits,

Your sweater is beautiful, and the story to go along with it is great! And lucky you to be working at a yarn store soon!
