I made this yummy biscotti last night from a recipe in the Christmas Cookies special issue of Better Homes and Gardens.  It's very peanutty and chocolately, so good!  The only change I needed to make to the recipe was to replace the eggs, super easy.

Oh this sounds so good. Biscotti have a really satisfying crunch and I could gobble a whole bunch with a cup of tea. Mmmm  Wink
