So I made one
but the fabric i made it out of, it turns out, frays really really easily, so i kept getting holes and having to re-sew them.
and i cut the zipper pieces and the strap too long, so i had big long excess zipper pieces, that was ok, i just cut them off, and my straps super long - it almost fits like a messenger bag but not quite.
and i had some trouble attaching the strap, so it looks, not that good now.
but i still love it

wow. i was just sitting at school thinking about how much i love my overly used-and-abused store bought hobo purse... and how it desperately needs to be retired from everyday use... and i just found this tute!! thank you so much, i'm gonna end up making one for every outfit i own!! haha

Peace + Love Smiley

this is a fabulous tutorial! It's one of the clearest ones I've come across in quite a long time.

VERY cute bags!

Hand-dyed and recycled yarn, hand knits, and more!
