Tutorial: slouchy hobo bag (the tinafish way)

Thank you soooo much for this tutorial!
I have just finished my version of your bag. I followed the tutorial and it was so easy... I can´t believe how pretty my new bag is. (sometimes is kinda hard for me to read tutorial, cause english is not my language, but the pictures helped me!)

I also was inspired by your tute!  Here's my version.  I'm very happy with it but I will probably shorten the strap later and am thinking of adding some kind of interfacing.  Maybe to just the lining.  It's very floppy and I'm not sure I like that for my everyday purse needs.




The inside.  I added two little velcro holders for my sunglasses and keys.  I hate when they get lost at the bottom of my purse.


Since I didn't add an inside pocket, I made a little pouch to hold all the things I don't want floating around in the bottom.  It's held closed with velcro.

That is the awesomest purse EVER!!! I love how you embellished it!  I always wondered when someone was going to post a tutorial for hobo bags.... you did a good job at the tutorial.  Kudos for you!!!

I found some really YUMMY SCRUMMY silk at Hancocks on one of the remnant tables.  The first thing I thought of was this tute!!!!!

So, I have the outer and I believe the lining.  Now, I gotta decide what I want to do the straps in and I need to snag some really delicate sequins to randomly and sparcely hand applique on the silk, just to give it that little extra eye catching something.

Now, I don't use handbags, my diaper bag seems to have replaced them.  Hmmmmm, what will I do with it once I am done?
