I am currently rocking my swap bag from tinafish from a swap a million years ago (like pre-swap feedback era) and I still get a million compliments on it!

so this my daughter with my slouchy hobo bag Cheesy btw, she has twin brother too Wink
sorry for the blurry picture, but we have no light here today.

anyway, the strap is sewn between the lining and the exterior fabric for a "cleaner" look and i used another fabric on one side of the stap to prevent the bag slipping off my shoulder when i'm wearing a winter jacket. and to prevent the strap from streching out (the exterior fabric is a strech fabric).

i love this bag! thanks tinafish for a great tutorial!

edit: sorry, no blog no more

cantamus,  I really like your bag -- beautifully done, great colors and lovely paisley!

I was so excited when I visited your blog and saw that you're from Tallinn, Estonia because my husband and I adopted our 8 1/2 yo daughter, Sveta, from there!  She's actually from Tartu.  We went to Estonia for 2 trips for the adoption in 2005.
The pics of your daughter are so sweet...she's a cutie!  You'd better hide that bag, because it looks like she's taken ownership of it...Svet says she wants every new bag I make!

Anyway...great job on this bag~  Cheesy
