This is my first official project post, I am trying to be a good little seamstress this summer and get cracking on tutorial and projects for my blog.
I friend of my mom's had a cover kinda like this at a sewing retreat. I did a quick sketch (6 months ago) and I finally got around to fabricating one (actually 2). I wrote out a pdf tutorial which is at my blog.
The cover has a place for your business cards and closes with a cool loop and pencil (pen) system.
This is a direct link ( I think I read somewhere that that was required)

I absolutely love this idea! And the loops for the pen is really clever! I plan to make a few of these for gifts!! And a great way to use up scraps too!
