This is pretty awesome, and I agree, I  like it better than the original!

I'm attempting to xstitch a pretty ambitious/intricate bird afghan for my grandma for christmas right now.  Good inspiration to keep going and remember that all the hard work pays off in the end.

I am a massive Morrissey fan and this piece is making me absolutely ENVIOUS of your partner. I can't believe you haven't heard from them yet! I would be tracking you down asap, possibly even turning up on your doorstep with a fruit basket and thank yous.

I was so impressed that you used MS Paint that I googled how to do it for myself (I figured it might be a difficult thing to explain) and I came across this link. I haven't tried it myself yet, but maybe next time it'll save you a day!

Seriously, beautiful friggin job.

Wow, that is so cool! I love it. And I'm really impressed that you created the pattern using Paint... by hand? How did you do that? (I should probably read all of the comments for clues about that.) Really excellent job!
