I received a wonderful package from Yelutci, sorry for not posting the pics sooner

Beautiful washcloths in the perfect colors and a neat little scrubbie. She also made me a bookmark. I love the round/star like shape washcloth!

And a little teaser for her package since I wasn't able to get it in the mail until today

I received today all the way from Sweden!!  My package is FANTASTIC!!!  I will post photos later tonight, or tomorrow because I am just home for a few minutes before I have to run out to a meeting.

Holy cow!  Holy cow!  Holy cow!  Yes, I said it 3 times because my package was amazing times 3.  I opened my lovely little box from, udhillb and found...a trio of dead fish.



A trio of Dead Fish Hats to be exact.  My girls were there when I opened it and knew right away that there must be one for each of us.  Just to show how amazing udhillb is, they each picked the one that was meant for them.  Colors were right on the money.  My oldest DD changed her outfit 4 times this morning to find one that worked perfectly with the hat.  No, it's not the one in the pic, she changed after that, too.  

I also received something that was on my wist, my ravelry favs and my sig line.  How do you like my felted sugar skull scarf?  I freakin love it!!!  Here's my daughter modeling my new scarf and both of our dead fish hats.

Udhillb, you totally rock!!!  Hopefully you'll love your sewn goodies as much as we love your yarnie skills.  Oldest DD is begging me to figure out how to make these so she'll have one for every outfit combination she can find.  My youngest DD made a joke using her hat as a prop.  She said, "Look what happened the last time I played Go Fish..." and then pulls the hat over her whole head.  Then follows up with, "I never knew it was such a dangerous game."

I received yesterday from Lellibo! I was so excited to see the package from Royal Mail 
For me, she made two sets of wrist cuffs-just what I wanted and perfect for Southern California fall & winter weather. It is never cold enough for full gloves or mittens, but I have poor circulation in my hands & feet, so these should be great for keeping me nice and warm while still having use of my fingers. And the color choice was perfect-note my nail polish I had just put on that morning before receiving the package. Obviously, I like the colors she chose 

For my boys, she made two very cute robots. They loved them and both slept with them last night. Huck is holding them in the picture (he has been Luigi for the past 3 days-my husband made the hat), because Milo was being moody when I wanted to take pictures, but Milo does love it and he likes to move the arms and legs and say, "Wo-bot, wo-bot, wo-bot" in a mechanical voice.

She also sent me some Smarties from England, which are very different from Smarties in the US. I hadn't tried them before, but it is interesting-I lived in England many years ago when I was a teenager, and as soon as I ate one of the chocolate Smarties, it snapped me back to being 15. I can't describe it, but English chocolate has a taste that is distinctive from American chocolate. Amazing how certain flavors and smells can jog your memory like that!

Everyone prepare to be blown away, because my package is amazing! My partner put so much thought and detail into everything and I couldn't be happier. Here are the pictures!


I asked for a sock monkey in my questionairre, and she made me something even better! You should have seen the look on my face when I pulled this out of the box. Sock kitty!!



I also got this absolutely adorable felt monster. I love all of the details (like the mushroom fabric in the ears, the cute buttons, the bow, just everything about it).



And a crochet hook holder! I needed one of these so badly, I'm always losing my hooks.  I love the deer and mushroom on the front! Sooo cute.


Here's a photo of the inside. I can't get over the fabric! It has a bunch of my favorite things on it.  Owls, bunnies, foxes, deer, mushrooms, and acorns. I have a thing for woodland creatures. I wanted to show the little notes she put in it. They're just too awesome.


Ahhh, I'm just so happy. I love my stuff. Thank you soooo much hanshotfirst! You are amazing. <3

I received a couple of days ago, but was just able to take photos last night.

I got an AMAZING pair of knitted slippers that are the *perfect* colour for me.


As I opened the package my husband said they were very me

Here are a couple of views of them being modeled by my lovely husband.



I also got some adorable crochet flowers (the photos were blurry so I am not putting them up) and I got a tape measure covered in Swedish colours.  I totally needed another sewing tape measure so this is perfect.


A couple of other Swedish extras were a postcard of a basket of mushrooms (Annchen says her mom likes to go collecting mushrooms) and  a postcard with a recipe for egg cheese which I am going to try and make this winter.


And finally some Swedish licorice candy.
