(She's not an octo-cat, because she only has seven tentacles.)

I ended up making a bunch of crocheted octopuses a couple weeks ago, and I decided to make one a tentacle-cat instead as a present for someone on Swap-Bot who likes both cats and stuff with tentacles.

I definitely want to make more, but I think only have one more pair of cat safety eyes.  Tongue  The craft stores where I live never have a lot (or a good variety) of safety eyes in stock, so if any of you guys have a favourite online safety eye supplier, please link me!

that's really cute!  i usually get mine from a couple different etsy or ebay sellers, just search "cat eyes" or maybe "plastic cat eyes" or something along those lines.

PS: do you know that in Spanish the cat has only 7 lives?  so that could be the symbolism of the 7 legs.  you should make another with 9 legs as it's a little more optimistic - LOL

I didn't know that, that's so cool!  (And I think I definitely will make a more optomistic nine-tentacled one, just to balance things out.)
