Bad times - my broadband on my computer is down and the technician isn't coming until Thursday Sad

I've made a lot of progress in the past two days. I completed a couple of small things that may end up being extras and I'm more than half way done with a medium item.

I want to check with my partner about sending more than the requirements...othe rwise I will definitely be sending early!

I have an awesome idea and am just waiting on a supply - nope, not buying a thing, but it's at the back of my 6' deep closet. tomorrow we have an open house, so I can't empty the closet:( it was on the top but when I went to reach for it (6' back, 4' up) I knocked it beside the stack of stuff (the only empty space in there is a 6"x6" crevice that nothing would fit in:S

My partner has already been warned...I am making a geometrically shaped item for her daughter using yarn, that is the ESSENCE of "buy nothing, craft with your stash". I have warned her that she may have to wear sunglasses to look at it! Grin

Made a small item last night which is based on something from my partner's wist. It came out really cute and made a nice break from the neverending scarf I'm knitting for my BF's SIL. Good news! The technician is here fixing my cable TV and Internet. I will be re-connected soon!
